ICI – Ultratech Awards 2018
On 7th September,2018, Ultratech hosted awards for Outstanding structures in Uttar Pradesh. TAG had submitted three entries in the category of Multi dwelling residences and Individual residence.
The entry for multi dwelling residence was Sutherland House located in the city of Kanpur. The sweeping curves of a luxurious housing are designed by TAG. The curved facade breaks down the imposing scale of housing. The main aim of the housing was to reduce the perceived density by creating secluded areas for each family. The housing is equipped with multi level parking and state of the art entertainment facilities.

ICI – Ultratech Awards, 2021
On 18th September,2021, Ultratech hosted awards for Outstanding structures in Uttar Pradesh. TAG had submitted two entries in the category of individual building and Individual residence.
The entry for individual building was Riviera House located in the city of Kanpur. Riviera house is set in the outskirts of the city of Kanpur. The house was designed as a weekend retreat where the clients could connect with nature. The windows are strategically placed to frame views of nature. The windows are shaded to reduce heat gain and respond to the climatic conditions. The house blurs the boundaries of indoor and outdoor living which enhances the connection with nature. The swimming pool also acts as a cooling device by facilitating evaporative cooling. The aim of the house is to build a connection with nature while respecting contemporary architecture and needs of the client.
